Ordering process was ok with fairly prompt delivery. Some towels were individually packaged others not. Colour was not as expected so had to return via the Evri shop on 9th July. Unfortunately I did not received any notification that the return had been received so emailed on the 18th July to ask for confirmation of the return and an indication of when the refund would be made. This correspondence was dealt with promptly.
