I would not describe this transaction as an "experience". The service was prompt and efficient, i.e. just what I expected it to be. I have not used the towels yet but they look lovely. The colour is not as bright as I had hoped. (I realize it is not foolproof buying on line with regard to the exact shade. I took the towel I wanted to match to a Dunelm shop because I was told they stock Christie towels, however, the shop said "no, only on line".)
