Great customer service. After chasing my delivery as it hadn’t arrived, I got an email back to say they were looking into it. I was then told my original item was out of stock but I was able to choose an alternative and they shipped it promptly so that it arrived within 2 days which was a lovely surprise. Very pleased with their care and attention to their customers.
