I recently ordered a bathrobe and bath mat which were on offer. They arrived fairly quickly. The bathrobe was of course gorgeous. Unfortunately, I had ordered a pedestal mat instead of a bath mat, so it had to be returned. They use a different courier to return an item, which I found a bit of a nuisance, but it was my mistake so I guess I can’t complain too much! I’ve given them 4 stars for the nuisance value.
