Bought for my mother who couldn't find 'nice' face flannels. Arrived in a timely manner, mum is over the moon "Oooh Christy! thank you ...' Only thing I would say is if you're going to send despatch and delivery emails, don't send them 3 days after the good were received. Otherwise great product and service.
