The items were great quality. I own Christy products already so knew the level of quality that was expected and this order certainly delivered in that area. Only three stars however for the website experience. Browsing for items is an okay experience however it starts to break down in the checkout process, it’s hard to describe but it just ‘felt’ insecure in places. It also kept telling me about free delivery over a certain amount, so I added one more smaller item, to get it over this amount. But as I used a coupon code it took it back under this amount. But still offered free delivery. Obviously this is a good thing but it should’ve been a bit clearer. Delivery was within quoted time, jr very strangely I got all the order update emails about two weeks later, all at once, the emails are very basic and don’t look legit, from a ‘Wellspun.co.uk’ - this is confusing, raises red flags as I’d never heard of that. Just use a Christy domain name. All in all, it just wasn’t the experience or quality in the order experience that you would expect from Christy and the whole thing felt a bit underwhelming and weird.
