Ordered two sets of towels of different types with a view to choosing one and returning the other. Fast delivery, both products excellent quality, and Christy's returns process was very simple and free.
I also spotted an error on their website and queried it via the on-line "ask a question" function. Got a very fast response and the error has been corrected.
