Excellent service received from Citizen !! Watch was sent promptly,care & attention was given to the packaging.On receipt of the watch the bracelet adjustment wasn't quite right so took it to a Citizen authorised jeweller for alteration.The cost was £20 which Citizen agreed to refund & this gesture I very much appreciated,the kind of service which is sadly lacking these days from other companies !!
