Buying the watch was easy enough with quick response and delivery; 3 easy payments through KLARNA, a no brainer.
The watch however was faulty and although under warranty I still have to pay to send it back to be fixed, Citizen have neither acknowledged receipt of the watch nor given an estimate as to time of repair.
Overall I'm disappointed.
