Overall, you have a great product and great standards and very professional installers - just a few factors pulled it all back from a 5 star experience for me. Pros: - our upstairs shutters installed and roller blinds are sensational, and perfectly installed; Cons: - downstairs shutters measurements must have been slightly out as does not sit flush with wall - admitedly it was a tricky installation bridging a shower screen, but less than ideal finish for a product that is high quality (and not cheap); - the aluminium fill for the downstairs shutter in shower recess also wasn't silicone sealed, leaving an 'unfinished' look with gaps underneath; and - aluminium cut filings all over driveway where kids play all the time (which wasn't cleaned up) wasn't hugely appreciated.
