“Highly recommend Classic for shutter installation. From the first call to book a quote to Jake with quoting and the last step of installation the entire team were friendly, informative and very helpful explaining and keeping me up to date with every step in a timely manner. We have already paid a deposit for our next couple of windows and would happily use Classic again.”

“Wow! Absolutely so pleased with our new shutters. They make our rooms look completely different, brighter, lighter and modern. All your staff that we have dealt with have been great and very supportive. Sam especially was terrific when he came to do the check measure and gave us suggestions to provide us with the best solutions. (which we took on board). He was also very thorough with his work when installing and left our place clean and tidy.”

“When I contacted Classic blinds for a quote for my shutters they came promptly, said they would be ready within a month which I was happy with but to my surprise they were fitted within two weeks and look lovely. Very happy with the quality and service.”

“We have used Classic Blinds on a number of occasions for shutters in our apartments and have always been delighted with the service and quality of product received. Unfortunately our experience this time was somehwat disappointing. We enquired about a blockout curtain for our bedroom and visited the Showroom in Parry Street. We were shown fabrics and what we thought was an example of what we were receiving if ordered, but what we ended up with was not what we were shown in the showroom. The curtains we ordered we understood woud have a backing curtain (blockout) loosely stitched to the front curtain but 'apparently' this costs extra. What we received were curtains that are attached to the backing fabric with a plastic 'labelling gun' type thing. It looks clumsy, and very very cheap. I was told that this is industry standard but I think it may be the 'basic;' standard of whoever the supplier is that Classic Blinds are using. An example of this type of 'join' is not what is shown in the Showroom and if we had been told the stitiching cost extra - we would have paid for this. The Customer service staff were lovely and did offer for us to have the curtains taken down and sent to Sydney to have them stitched but we declined this offer as it is a very large window/door space with direct morning sun and we really didn't want to risk being without a window covering for what could be an extended period of time. Just a heads up for anyone ordering curtains to clearly know what you can expect once the curtains are made. Hopefully Classic will also have an example in the Showroom moving forward of all options purchasers have in regards to the curtain finishes.”

“We are reasonably happy with the product installed, the outer frame sealing feature works well but we are a little disappointed with the light leakage coming through around the blade structures. We had hoped for a lot less external light penetration. The Service we received was excellent.”

“Positives Pleasant and friend staff, process was reasonably simple and very accomindating with quote options, installation was quick and to a good standard. T&Cs in the contract were reasonable and fair in comparision to some other competators. shutters seem to be constructed of a good quality. Only Negatives Some Metal shavings left in the new carpet and nail & metal shaving left in the driveway. Measure up appoint 1st attempt didnt appear in the nominated window. 2nd attempt provide no advanced notice of turning up.”
