“Overall the product is outstanding and I am very happy with what I have received. The installation job was pretty good. My only negative is that the screws and brackets are fitted at all different random distances apart because the installers just eyeball it rather than measure it out with a tape. So the final install doesn't look as professional as it could be.”

“Classic Blinds and Shutters did an excellent job fitting roller blinds in my apartment. The blinds look amazing. I'd like to thank and acknowledge everyone involved with the fit out. A special thanks to both Sam and Brenden for the install. Unlike most other companies, Classic utilises an aluminium strip which is securely attached to the ceiling, enabling the brackets to be screwed into this rather than solely onto/into gyprock. During quotation the salesman assured me this aluminium strip would be screwed into metal ceiling joists only. This made me feel confident of install longevity convincing me to use Classic Blinds rather than another company. Whilst observing both tradies carry out the job it was pretty much hit or miss with attachment to the metal studs. Some sections are secured to gyprock only. Perhaps I misunderstood the sales pitch however, I don't think so! Considering more than 50% of the aluminium strip has been secured to metal ceiling joists/studs, I have faith in the overall strength of the installation.”

“I felt that the process was too long.... measuring up twice delays the process....measure once correctly then the delay on fabric arrival was disappointing as I initiated the chase up to be advised there was a problem with the fabric arrival when we were under the impression that fabric would be here in Newcastle factory. Deposit paid end of January installation week 2 of March ....”

Whilst we always strive for efficiency, detail and accuracy are paramount in all aspects of our business (hence our 'measure twice, cut once' mentality!). “Getting a quote and check measure was quick and easy. The installation went smoothly and quickly and the installer was a nice guy. They aren't the cheapest shutters, and probably not the shortest lead time, but the product and fitment are really good. Would recommend.”

“Fantastic service from the first call all the way to the final install. We ordered custom made aluminium shutters and fly screens to our laundry as well as blinds to the office. The final product is beautifully designed and installed. Couldn't be happier.”

“I am delighted with my shutters. The guys were great that installed them, took their shoes off even vacuumed their mess, very impressed. Just one hiccup I can’t use my window locks but they are coming back tomorrow to rectify. Highly recommend. The quality etc you will have no regrets dealing with this company”
