Classic Blinds and Shutters did an excellent job fitting roller blinds in my apartment. The blinds look amazing. I'd like to thank and acknowledge everyone involved with the fit out. A special thanks to both Sam and Brenden for the install. Unlike most other companies, Classic utilises an aluminium strip which is securely attached to the ceiling, enabling the brackets to be screwed into this rather than solely onto/into gyprock. During quotation the salesman assured me this aluminium strip would be screwed into metal ceiling joists only. This made me feel confident of install longevity convincing me to use Classic Blinds rather than another company. Whilst observing both tradies carry out the job it was pretty much hit or miss with attachment to the metal studs. Some sections are secured to gyprock only. Perhaps I misunderstood the sales pitch however, I don't think so! Considering more than 50% of the aluminium strip has been secured to metal ceiling joists/studs, I have faith in the overall strength of the installation.
