This company is a complete sham.... The quality of the frames are like that a school pupil would make. I spotted at least 8 defects and demanded a refund. My optician said that he couldn't put lenses in as they would fall out. On receipt of the glasses I had a WhatsApp conversation with the owner, he invited me over to come and fix the problems.... he agreed the quality isn't there yet but still he sends the product out.... the glasses did not even fit in the glasses case they sent.... how embarrassing. I have photos to prove this. The screws weren't even aligned and the arms were not long enough and the hinges were not in line so the arms were at different levels. I shared this with the owner and he agreed that it was a bad job..... but it was to be expected when you are not paying the European price - his point. How many bespoke organizations do you know take measurements using a credit card? This is meant to be bespoke......... normal places take proper measurements. There is only one way to buy bespoke and that is from an expert in a shop who takes measurements. They say that the refund is on its way but I have been waiting now since the 22nd of September. I checked with my bank and there is no record of this refund. Now they have gone silent. None of the numbers on the website work.. they have a CA number and German numbers but all of them do no connect. Even the Indian numbers are not connecting.......... One star because the system forces you to.
