Its got excellent packing...very well shipped...attention to detail...quality of hinges etc are to grade....materials too seem to be nice...not that I understand acetate etc...if the price was not so high...i would give it 5 stars...i really like the product...some light orange...easy sky blue etc colours would be interesting...if ymthey could consider...

They honestly seem to not know how to make glasses. With sadness, cannot recommend a brand that could have been great, but falls way short of expectations. Nobody in their right mind would spend 2 months for the wrong fit.”
“One of the worst products and services I’ve faced. The product arrived and the quality was pathetic. The frame itself was bent and the frame looked nothing like the pictures.
I contacted customer service and said they don’t issue refunds. After a long drawn out conversation by proving my point they agreed to provide me with a refund. I sent the frames back and once it got delivered they said to give them 24hrs to process the refund.
I gave them more than 24hrs and still no information on the refund. They have since stopped responding and have gone dark on me.
Straight up scam. It says clearly on their refund policy a full refund will be issued if the product is defective.
I have screenshots with the customer service agreeing with me that the product is falsely advertised and defective but still they don’t have the decency to refund my money.

The quality of the frames are like that a school pupil would make.
I spotted at least 8 defects and demanded a refund. My optician said that he couldn't put lenses in as they would fall out.
On receipt of the glasses I had a WhatsApp conversation with the owner, he invited me over to come and fix the problems.... he agreed the quality isn't there yet but still he sends the product out.... the glasses did not even fit in the glasses case they sent.... how embarrassing. I have photos to prove this. The screws weren't even aligned and the arms were not long enough and the hinges were not in line so the arms were at different levels. I shared this with the owner and he agreed that it was a bad job..... but it was to be expected when you are not paying the European price - his point.
How many bespoke organizations do you know take measurements using a credit card? This is meant to be bespoke......... normal places take proper measurements. There is only one way to buy bespoke and that is from an expert in a shop who takes measurements.
They say that the refund is on its way but I have been waiting now since the 22nd of September. I checked with my bank and there is no record of this refund.
Now they have gone silent. None of the numbers on the website work.. they have a CA number and German numbers but all of them do no connect. Even the Indian numbers are not connecting..........

“When you are ordering Frames from 8000 kms away, the only thing that matters is customer service (quality and design will follow). I first bought a black buffalo horn Starke and within that week I bought another light brown buffalo horn Hermann only owing to the service provided by Siddhi. Her service reassured my faith in terms of the quality and design. At every step from purchasing, showing me how sheets were cut, giving updates with pics every other day, glass recommendations, etc. the customer service is beyond expectations.
Nevertheless, the quality and design is perfect. It truly is luxe in every sense of the term. It better than the Tom Fords of the world.

“When I received my glasses they kept slipping off my face. But it was the height of Covid, so I wasn’t going out much. As Covid improved, I started to go out more and went to a local optician to have them adjusted. They tried, but we’re unsuccessful because the temples are horn and they were afraid they’d break them. I informed Coco Leni and they told me to go to another optician! Really!”
