"One of the worst products and services I\u2019ve faced. The product arrived and the quality was pathetic. The frame itself was bent and the frame looked nothing like the pictures.\r\n\r\nI contacted customer service and said they don\u2019t issue refunds. After a long drawn out conversation by proving my point they agreed to provide me with a refund. I sent the frames back and once it got delivered they said to give them 24hrs to process the refund.\r\n\r\nI gave them more than 24hrs and still no information on the refund. They have since stopped responding and have gone dark on me.\r\n\r\nStraight up scam. It says clearly on their refund policy a full refund will be issued if the product is defective.\r\n\r\nI have screenshots with the customer service agreeing with me that the product is falsely advertised and defective but still they don\u2019t have the decency to refund my money.\r\n\r\nDisgusting service and terrible product. Stay away."
