I ordered a hoop recently and it arrived very promptly and I was advised when it was processed and then dispatched with a tracking number to follow its progress .I was very impressed,all to often ordering good online leaves you in the dark to when your product will arrive if ever. The hoop was a perfect in between size and worth ordering to save stabiliser wastage.
