“First class service I have purchased two of your sewing machines and a cover stitch machine you are always on the end of the phone with help when needed even if it is stupid mistake on my part I live. over an hours drive from you but ordering on the phone or online is never a problem fast delivery no problems”

“Great turnaround from order to delivery. So pleased you use Royal Mail as we live a bit off a main road and the Postie knows where we live. Couriers just never find us!!”

“Still awaiting goods after ordering 7 days ago. I had to ring for an update and have been told 'hopefully' next week. I am writing this review as they have prompted me to do so for some strange reason as like I said the goods haven't arrived yet therefore I can't comment on the quality of the goods but the customer service lady was very pleasant - hence 2 stars instead of zero.”

“Excellent customer service and help and advice offered and part arrived quickly over Christmas. Was shocked at the postage cost of £4.90 for a small screw and it was not send tracked or special delivery but it did arrive and I appreciate the care on emails from shop.”
