“Still awaiting goods after ordering 7 days ago. I had to ring for an update and have been told 'hopefully' next week. I am writing this review as they have prompted me to do so for some strange reason as like I said the goods haven't arrived yet therefore I can't comment on the quality of the goods but the customer service lady was very pleasant - hence 2 stars instead of zero.”

“I ordered two 'organza pressing cloths', one for myself and one for a gift. I was very disappointed to find that I received two pieces of organza with raw edges that will likely fray. I expected them to at least have overlocked edges as they are sold as cloths not just fabric pieces. They took well over a week to arrive, which could have been the fault of the Post Office, and cost me a £4 postage fee despite weighing literally next to nothing. Very disappointing.”

Dear Mrs Parsons, Thank you for your review. I am sorry you are disappointed with the pressing cloths, they are custom cut instore and as it is Organza it is not a badly fraying fabric .if we had someone rolled hem overlocking them, it would add considerably to the price. The £4 isto cover postage, packing and handing , and I am sorry but the slow delivery is down to Royal Mail. If you are not happy with the cloths, please return them for a full refund, including the £4. Yours sincerely, Neil Coles

“Thank you for sending the lovely fabric. However, I do have a comment. I placed an order value £67.39 then realised I had omitted a further piece. I tried to combine a second order but the system would not allow me to do so. I received both orders in one package, but was still charged postage. Thank you for your attention.”

Hi Susan, I'm sorry about the issue with your postage. Unfortunately the system automatically charges postage when an order under £15 is placed and we didn't spot that you needed a refund when we processed your orders. My colleague has refunded you the £4 postage via your original payment method, so it should be with you in the next 48 hours.
