“Anytime I have placed an order or made enquiries,Coles always give great service and they offer terrific after service. Anytime I emai or phone about any issues/problems etc they are always happy to help sort things out for me straight away. Great customer service and the staff are so friendly and helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for their customers.”

“Sorry can't write review as the brand new machine I bought is faulty so have to return to Coles so have to see what reception I get”

“This is a good company which I use for my sewing machine accessories. The delivery is prompt but too expensive I'm afraid. I was recently charged £4 p&p for a £3.50 spool cap....it's a bit much.”

Hi Melanie, Thank you for your review and welcome feedback. The £4 charge covers the post, the packaging, processing on the website ( including the charge for the financial transaction) and someone's time to pick, process, pack and post the item, plus 0.80p of vat which goes to HMRC. It is always difficult with low value items, as the charge seems high against the value of the item. However the fixed costs are incurred no matter the value of the item. We do offer free shipping on order values over £25 as there is more profit in the sale to be able to cover those costs. I note Amazon and other online platforms charge a similar amount for postage and handling. As an improvement to the customer journey , we will ask the web team to change the narrative to 'shipping and handling', from postage. Regards Neil Coles

“The web site is alittle hard to navigate the search engine sends you all over the place they are very quick to answer a question wich an oldie like me appreciate as my nephew surprised me with a jade 35 after my designer 1 went to sewing machine heaven. So i was unsure of the parts my only niggle when order confirmation received it said the would notify when dispatched but they didnt however stuff arrived safe and as soon as i work out how format the usb should be a happy bunny again.”
