Although the product arrived safely and I was able to complete my project on time I was totally disappointed I the carrier's performance. I paid for courier delivery. The delivery photo showed the package beside my back gate BUT was actually thrown over the gate. I suggest Cole's find a different carrier and recommend that customers do not pay £7.50 for express carriage.
