Moving to cloud has helped me in so many ways, I wish I had done it sooner. Not only time saving but the organisational aspects has made our business substantially more efficient. No more spreadsheets to keep track of maintenance or lease renewals, I don't even use my diary any more. In regards to customer support the knowledge base feature of cloud has been invaluable to me. Everything I need to do is detailed in a step by step graphical presentation that is so detailed that I have not had to use phone support at all. I could not be happier with Console Cloud.
