“I was fortunate enough to be one of the first users of Console Cloud. Having had a brief overview of Console Gateway, the opportunity to work with Cloud in my first endeavour in the property management industry, took a large degree of stress out of most processes that we encountered. The growth and development of Cloud through subsequent years continues to aid in making processes seamless and this in turn provides additional time to focus on strategic areas of the business. A big thank you to the whole Console team for this powerful business tool and the ongoing improvements you provide.”

“The system is easier to use than Gateway, but unfortunately their reporting is completely inadequate for our needs as a community housing provider and is costing us more time and money than before.”

“they have a pricing page that doesn't even have prices on it - its just a sales funnel so they can get you to talk to a salesperson who will reel in that lead (sell you on thier product)”

“Console is easy to use and friendly to all users. As this is Cloud base, we can use it as long as we are online and less interference experienced. Console Support is very useful that can resolve most of our queries and give very quick respond”

“Robert Kenyon did our training for the new inspection app in cloud and we just love the app and we enjoyed the training. The photos are so clear and the app is very very easy to use. Thanks Robert for the great session”

“Apart from the software having limited functionality, particularly in the accounting areas, the worst part of dealing with Console is the absolute lack of customer support. Phone wait times are greater than 50 minutes by which time we give up. If you ask to have a call-back it never happens. Emails generate a case number which is never responded to. Don't touch these guys.”

“We have been using gateway for a number of years and it worked well for our company. We changed over to Console cloud and so far the functions it offers look great and will make things a lot easier however we are still in the process of learning these functions. Would recommend.”

“We have been using Console Gateway for many years and migration with Alex went through without any hiccup. Our situation is a bit different to other agencies because the owner collects the rent and disburse the agent (me). I would be very happy to see a little arrow button to move amounts in Payments/Once Off ... where a bigger amount is paid to one account from more properties so I could move the small amounts with one click (by clicking on an arrow for example) without typing or ctrlC+ctrlV the amount. It is not easy to list the transactions in Tenant's file, because the transactions are not found here. This may be my fault, as it is always blank (despite of the given dates and receipted rents), I will go through the knowledge base again. Special Thanks to Robert at the support team who quickly understood my bad accent and our special set up with the agency fees and also the disbursement and helped me out via phone and email. It is fantastic that I can access the Console Cloud from home as I am currently on maternity leave and Cloud in our office is a huge step forward. I think our small team will be good friend of Cloud. I can recommend it to any property managers.”

“I have previously used Gateway continuously for 18 years. Superb service in the conversion process provided by Michelle Jakovac. Nothing too hard for her. Good software for PM-focused businesses. Easy to learn for new staff. Navigation between components is logical with one exception being you cannot see tenant transactions under the tenant card. Auto arrears system helping with rent collection. Inspection module easy to use and report format clear. Sales module very limited. The program is being continuously improved too and I have seen new features roll out already even though only using it for one month so far.”

“Somethings console cloud does well, other things not so much. The knowledge base and live chat are very helpful and the migration over we had help every step of the way. We did have teething problems but that has since fixed it self. From a commercial property management and trust account point of view, there are features in gateway that haven't come across to cloud that would be useful. Journal function, allowing us to allocate the tenants credit within the tenant invoice”

“We changed over to Cloud from Gateway and have found the system to be far superior - not only with the ease of use but also the workflows and automation that are integrated. The Owner and Tenant Portals have also proved to be great in providing better service to our Clients. Working remotely is now much easier. The Team at Console made the upgrade to Cloud effortless and any queries that we've had have been answered promptly and efficiently by their Support Team.”

“We had only been a Console Cloud customer for a short 12months due to our business being sold. During that time we found Console Cloud meet our expectations and more. We enjoyed every Webinar that was available and good see how progressive Console Cloud was. The personal face to face contact we got from Cloud was fantastic. We now had the faces to relate to that had been behind the scene previously. I would highly recommend Console Cloud to any business that is thinking of making the change. It is a business that is growing that will allow you to grow your business. Trust Accounting and the stat reporting that is on offer is fantastic you can easily see how your staff, landlords and tenants are contributing to your business. “This software helps me & the PM/team to do our job much faster, simpler & effective. I'm very happy with the level of customer service provided by Rob & Michelle. They helped me & my team to migrate smoothly with no hassle. The training team (Ebony) also has been wonderful to deal with. We are getting more and more confident in using the software every day because it's such a user friendly program to use.”
