Apart from the software having limited functionality, particularly in the accounting areas, the worst part of dealing with Console is the absolute lack of customer support. Phone wait times are greater than 50 minutes by which time we give up. If you ask to have a call-back it never happens. Emails generate a case number which is never responded to. Don't touch these guys.
