“I was fortunate enough to be one of the first users of Console Cloud. Having had a brief overview of Console Gateway, the opportunity to work with Cloud in my first endeavour in the property management industry, took a large degree of stress out of most processes that we encountered. The growth and development of Cloud through subsequent years continues to aid in making processes seamless and this in turn provides additional time to focus on strategic areas of the business. A big thank you to the whole Console team for this powerful business tool and the ongoing improvements you provide.”

“We had only been a Console Cloud customer for a short 12months due to our business being sold. During that time we found Console Cloud meet our expectations and more. We enjoyed every Webinar that was available and good see how progressive Console Cloud was. The personal face to face contact we got from Cloud was fantastic. We now had the faces to relate to that had been behind the scene previously. I would highly recommend Console Cloud to any business that is thinking of making the change. It is a business that is growing that will allow you to grow your business. Trust Accounting and the stat reporting that is on offer is fantastic you can easily see how your staff, landlords and tenants are contributing to your business. This software is an asset to any Real Estate business. Roslyn”

“The Team at Console Cloud are amazing and always helpful. “I have found the staff to be fantastic with the quick prompt help they have given me. They are very patient in explaining on how to fix any problems I have. Everyone you speak to over the phone is very friendly and easy to speak to.”

“We have been using Console Cloud here for over 2 years now; the platform continues to improve with new features regularly implemented, and excellent quick response from the support team. Cloud has some massive timesaving procedures over Gateway and has proven to be very reliable day in day out; would definitely recommend.”

“Having been a user of Console for some time, although i was always comfortable with the Console Product, being gateway. I had been watching Console Cloud develop, and after some time i took the leap of faith, after a lot of research with many other options, i was pleasantly surprised at how easy the transition was . I was very scared as to the unknown, and what i believe to be the most important aspect of Console Cloud, is the support that i can obtain from the other end of the phone is still AMAZING. I don't have to wait until 24 hours before someone is available to help me, and the support team really love what they do, and i feel that they do it with a smile, and they don't rush me at all. Now that is something worth bottling as the team is second to none. I,m based in QLD and Console hours are not typical 9 to 5, as they also service the NZ and interstate clients. At times i have called them outside of my hours and they are still working away, happily to assist with any issues or problem solve the issue at hand, and they can log into your system to see what we see. As we were on Cloud before covid-19 our business was not effected and it was just business as usual. Its ok to have a product, but for me the support is more important, and Console Cloud have nailed it. They are continually updating Cloud to make a property managers work load easier, like inspections, its just easy. You will not be disappointed. Liz Universal Property”

“I have using Console Cloud very easy. For a start it was a bit confusing as I am not all that good with computers. But with the fantastic help service offered and used by me all is now very good.”
