“This software helps me & the PM/team to do our job much faster, simpler & effective. I'm very happy with the level of customer service provided by Rob & Michelle. They helped me & my team to migrate smoothly with no hassle. The training team (Ebony) also has been wonderful to deal with. We are getting more and more confident in using the software every day because it's such a user friendly program to use.”

“We moved from a very manual system as a smaller operator to Console Cloud and I have to say that this has been a game changer for us. The system is so intuitive, the trust accounting is so much easier and the dashboard and overviews for our commercial agency is fantastic. Using this platform has spurred us on to chase more business and increase our network and database. We are very glad we trusted our gut and trusted Console Cloud. The training and continued support from the team has been professional and efficient. This has been a key win for our business.”

“The program is so easy to use, almost intuitive, when required "live chat" staff are very knowledgeable and sort out my queries quickly. So glad I stayed with Console and worked through the new methods, now I feel like a "pro" and would not go back to Gateway, thanks Console.”

“I am so excited and happy for launching Console Cloud. I have been using Console Gateway more than 15 years and finally chance to use this powerful cloud software - I do mostly accounting side. Not only easy to use Daily receipting, reconciliation, pending payment but also quicker and paperless. Time saver ! Transmission from Gateway to Console cloud was little bit hectic but there were always support and constant training, videos available. Email support team was very helpful and quick. Compare to the other cloud base management software I strongly recommend to use Console Cloud to real estate agents.”

“Our company decided to change to Console Cloud after looking at a couple of other online based programs and then speaking with Robert Kenyon who explained the upgrade from Console Gateway from start to the day we would go live on the 1/9/21, which was very informative. Robert has shown exceptional support and has continued to follow up with us to ensure we are happy and receiving the support we deserve. A very big thank you goes out to Michelle Jakovac who was assigned to us as our contact from Cloud team and has been phenomenal with her support, as she has always responded with a quick answer or phone call to solve any of our issues so far, explaining in easy to follow instructions. We really like the fact that Cloud will regularly release new feature upgrades so we can be more time efficient and we have already made a suggestion. We find it very convenient to be able to login from anywhere with no interruption to workflow. We love using live chat as it is a quick result to assistant us with a problem. “We switched from gateway to cloud a few months ago. Michelle & Rob have both been excellent help and easy to get along with. Console cloud still has a long way to go in adding key missing features that were available in gateway. We find cloud to be less user friendly in comparison to gateway.”

“Our office has been using Console for many years now and honestly I was very concerned about the move to cloud. I am very glad to report that my concerns were unwarranted. “We moved from Realtor Trust (15yrs) to Gateway (2yrs) and now Console Cloud on the 1/9/21. We are extremely happy with your upgrade and the help Michelle has given us to transition across. We have not run the end of the month yet so hopefully that is as easy as the programme. We are finding out the different applications of the programme are time savers for us in this difficult Covid time,”

“We have been so happy with the migration to Cloud, the system is very user friendly and very functional, reduce the time for each task to be done, has simplified the work load for all staff. We had a bad experience with our Holiday database 2 months prior, so we were a bit concerned with how the migration was going to go, but it was so easy. Thank you”

“Only leaving a 1 star as I cant do a 0. I would not recommend this sytem for property management use. Whenver we have had an issue with this system the response has been less than helpful. We wish we had stayed with gateway, or gone to palace!!!!”

“We had previously used Console Gateway for 20+ years before we merged over to Console Cloud. The transition was very smooth and well communicated. Rob Kenyon and his team did a great job. The Cloud based product is easy to use and navigate - it is incredible what efficiencies we have been able to enjoy with Console Cloud!”

“I put off changing as I wasn't sure if we would stick with console or change to a different program. After returning from maternity leave I was pressed for time before gateway was no longer active. Making the change has changed my outlook on console. We are really happy with how easy receipting and disbursing is. We have made suggestions/requests regarding features that would be a benefit to us and they have been taken on board. Brooke has been a god send. With all the lockdowns and limited resources for training Brooke has always been available to help out. We look forward to getting into our training sessions when we are all back in the office. Its been quite an easy program to navigate with minimal training which has been so helpful.”

“The migration of data to Console Cloud has been seamless for my office LJ Hooker Warwick. The onboarding team took us step by step through the process of preparation for the data migration, Property Management staff training and then follow-up for any ongoing assistance required. Robert Kenyon has been meticulous in his ongoing support and communication post migration ensuring our whole office experience has been nurtured and resulting in positive outcomes.”

“I was extremely hesitant about changing to console cloud from gateway. I'm so glad we did, and the help and support from Rob Kenyon was great. I was a big change but its the best thing that I have done for my business. Console cloud saves us a lot of time on disbursements, entering invoices, and sending bulk emails to tenants/owners. The accounts feature is perfect I love the fact that I can now attach invoices to statements instead of having to send a separate email. Rob was fantastic to deal with and having the ability to pick up the phone to talk to him is great.”
