I put off changing as I wasn't sure if we would stick with console or change to a different program. After returning from maternity leave I was pressed for time before gateway was no longer active. Making the change has changed my outlook on console. We are really happy with how easy receipting and disbursing is. We have made suggestions/requests regarding features that would be a benefit to us and they have been taken on board. Brooke has been a god send. With all the lockdowns and limited resources for training Brooke has always been available to help out. We look forward to getting into our training sessions when we are all back in the office. Its been quite an easy program to navigate with minimal training which has been so helpful.
