Our company decided to change to Console Cloud after looking at a couple of other online based programs and then speaking with Robert Kenyon who explained the upgrade from Console Gateway from start to the day we would go live on the 1/9/21, which was very informative. Robert has shown exceptional support and has continued to follow up with us to ensure we are happy and receiving the support we deserve. A very big thank you goes out to Michelle Jakovac who was assigned to us as our contact from Cloud team and has been phenomenal with her support, as she has always responded with a quick answer or phone call to solve any of our issues so far, explaining in easy to follow instructions. We really like the fact that Cloud will regularly release new feature upgrades so we can be more time efficient and we have already made a suggestion. We find it very convenient to be able to login from anywhere with no interruption to workflow. We love using live chat as it is a quick result to assistant us with a problem.
