Having had a brief overview of Console Gateway, the opportunity to work with Cloud in my first endeavour in the property management industry, took a large degree of stress out of most processes that we encountered. The growth and development of Cloud through subsequent years continues to aid in making processes seamless and this in turn provides additional time to focus on strategic areas of the business. A big thank you to the whole Console team for this powerful business tool and the ongoing improvements you provide.”

“Console is easy to use and friendly to all users. As this is Cloud base, we can use it as long as we are online and less interference experienced. Console Support is very useful that can resolve most of our queries and give very quick respond”

“I have previously used Gateway continuously for 18 years. Superb service in the conversion process provided by Michelle Jakovac. Nothing too hard for her. Good software for PM-focused businesses. Easy to learn for new staff. Navigation between components is logical with one exception being you cannot see tenant transactions under the tenant card. Auto arrears system helping with rent collection. Inspection module easy to use and report format clear. Sales module very limited. The program is being continuously improved too and I have seen new features roll out already even though only using it for one month so far.”

“We changed over to Cloud from Gateway and have found the system to be far superior - not only with the ease of use but also the workflows and automation that are integrated. The Owner and Tenant Portals have also proved to be great in providing better service to our Clients. Working remotely is now much easier. The Team at Console made the upgrade to Cloud effortless and any queries that we've had have been answered promptly and efficiently by their Support Team.”

“We had only been a Console Cloud customer for a short 12months due to our business being sold. During that time we found Console Cloud meet our expectations and more. We enjoyed every Webinar that was available and good see how progressive Console Cloud was. The personal face to face contact we got from Cloud was fantastic. We now had the faces to relate to that had been behind the scene previously. I would highly recommend Console Cloud to any business that is thinking of making the change. It is a business that is growing that will allow you to grow your business. Trust Accounting and the stat reporting that is on offer is fantastic you can easily see how your staff, landlords and tenants are contributing to your business. They helped me & my team to migrate smoothly with no hassle. The training team (Ebony) also has been wonderful to deal with. “We moved from a very manual system as a smaller operator to Console Cloud and I have to say that this has been a game changer for us. The system is so intuitive, the trust accounting is so much easier and the dashboard and overviews for our commercial agency is fantastic. Using this platform has spurred us on to chase more business and increase our network and database. We are very glad we trusted our gut and trusted Console Cloud. The training and continued support from the team has been professional and efficient. This has been a key win for our business.”

“The program is so easy to use, almost intuitive, when required "live chat" staff are very knowledgeable and sort out my queries quickly. So glad I stayed with Console and worked through the new methods, now I feel like a "pro" and would not go back to Gateway, thanks Console.”

“I am so excited and happy for launching Console Cloud. I have been using Console Gateway more than 15 years and finally chance to use this powerful cloud software - I do mostly accounting side. Not only easy to use Daily receipting, reconciliation, pending payment but also quicker and paperless. Time saver ! Transmission from Gateway to Console cloud was little bit hectic but there were always support and constant training, videos available. Email support team was very helpful and quick. Compare to the other cloud base management software I strongly recommend to use Console Cloud to real estate agents.”

“Our company decided to change to Console Cloud after looking at a couple of other online based programs and then speaking with Robert Kenyon who explained the upgrade from Console Gateway from start to the day we would go live on the 1/9/21, which was very informative. Robert has shown exceptional support and has continued to follow up with us to ensure we are happy and receiving the support we deserve. A very big thank you goes out to Michelle Jakovac who was assigned to us as our contact from Cloud team and has been phenomenal with her support, as she has always responded with a quick answer or phone call to solve any of our issues so far, explaining in easy to follow instructions. We really like the fact that Cloud will regularly release new feature upgrades so we can be more time efficient and we have already made a suggestion. We find it very convenient to be able to login from anywhere with no interruption to workflow. We love using live chat as it is a quick result to assistant us with a problem. “We moved from Realtor Trust (15yrs) to Gateway (2yrs) and now Console Cloud on the 1/9/21. We are extremely happy with your upgrade and the help Michelle has given us to transition across. We have not run the end of the month yet so hopefully that is as easy as the programme. We are finding out the different applications of the programme are time savers for us in this difficult Covid time,”
