“Since the implementation of Console Cloud from Console Gateway in August 2019 our Property Management Team has been a lot more productive. Tasks such as Lease Renewals, Offering Leases, Maintenance, Routine Inspections & Mid & End of Month are a breeze. Another excellent feature we enjoy is the Console Cloud Tenant Self Inspect option should a tenant not want to allow access or due to the COVID restrictions. To any office still working with Console Gateway you wont know yourself until you make a transition to Console Cloud. In many aspects we should have made the transition earlier as the benefits have been so great for our office & team.”

“We moved to Console Cloud from a non cloud based system in mid 2019. What I was worried about was engaging staff to shift mindset to the new system. However I didn't need to at all. Once the staff saw all the functionality of what the system offered - they were very happy to sing praises of the new system. Like all systems (even though they are better than what you had), you always find little things that could make it even better. The great thing about Console is they take on all our advice, and have implemented many of our recommended changes. They prioritise in order of the most requested (or voted for) improvements and make the changes accordingly. So not only do they have a good system - but they are continuing to look for ways to improve it to make it even better. Really happy to recommend the system to any Real Estate Company looking for the shift. Regards Tamara Radi Radi Estates”

“The app for Tenants is easy to use, especially for maintenance. Sending out emails and SMS messages is a breeze through Console. The best part about Console Cloud is that they are always making improvements to help make our work a little bit easier.”

“Console is easy to use, allows easy access to everything, allows contact with both tenants and owners with ease. I do wish there was a way to remove certain properties from the lease renewal page as some tenants are on periodical, some tenants are vacating and some properties we don't not manage anymore. Therefore I don't see any reason for them to be on the page.”

“After the massive decision to upgrade to Console Cloud we have experienced the most productive & positive experience. This week we celebrate 12 months on Cloud and our office has never run more efficiently. The biggest time saving processes that we have benefited from are rent arrears, maintenance and inspections. These areas have become streamlined and systematic due to console processes.”
