“Our office have been using Gateway for many years and when the time came to move we decided to go with Console Cloud and the transition and assistance with our upgrade was awesome! I am enjoying using Console Cloud and glad we decided to make the switch!”

“We have been so happy with the migration to Cloud, the system is very user friendly and very functional, reduce the time for each task to be done, has simplified the work load for all staff. We had a bad experience with our Holiday database 2 months prior, so we were a bit concerned with how the migration was going to go, but it was so easy. Thank you”

“We had previously used Console Gateway for 20+ years before we merged over to Console Cloud. The transition was very smooth and well communicated. Rob Kenyon and his team did a great job. The Cloud based product is easy to use and navigate - it is incredible what efficiencies we have been able to enjoy with Console Cloud!”

“The migration of data to Console Cloud has been seamless for my office LJ Hooker Warwick. The onboarding team took us step by step through the process of preparation for the data migration, Property Management staff training and then follow-up for any ongoing assistance required. Robert Kenyon has been meticulous in his ongoing support and communication post migration ensuring our whole office experience has been nurtured and resulting in positive outcomes.”

“I was extremely hesitant about changing to console cloud from gateway. I'm so glad we did, and the help and support from Rob Kenyon was great. I was a big change but its the best thing that I have done for my business. Console cloud saves us a lot of time on disbursements, entering invoices, and sending bulk emails to tenants/owners. The accounts feature is perfect I love the fact that I can now attach invoices to statements instead of having to send a separate email. Rob was fantastic to deal with and having the ability to pick up the phone to talk to him is great.”

“Console Cloud is a smart system to assist the agent to prepare daily account, maintenance, rent arrear follow-up, routine inspection etc. We used to use console gateway and recently changed to Console cloud. The new feature in console cloud provide us with the ability to receive the maintenance requests from the tenant directly, the ability to automatically follow up the rent arrear by SMS/email to the tenant for rent arrear, the ability to automatically to send an email to tenant about lease renewal etc. The bill/payment option makes the payment a lot easier than before, a aba/bpay file can be generated and save a lot of time by processing payment.”

“Moving to cloud has helped me in so many ways, I wish I had done it sooner. Not only time saving but the organisational aspects has made our business substantially more efficient. No more spreadsheets to keep track of maintenance or lease renewals, I don't even use my diary any more. In regards to customer support the knowledge base feature of cloud has been invaluable to me. Everything I need to do is detailed in a step by step graphical presentation that is so detailed that I have not had to use phone support at all. I could not be happier with Console Cloud.”

“We have migrated over from Console Gateway to Console Cloud and the transition has been smooth. We were all nervous at first learning a new program but the support we have received has been amazing. We have had so much advice and assistance from Console staff. Michelle has been incredible with support and I don't know what I would do without her help.”

“The Console team was very helpful and proactive in helping us with the migration from Console Gateway to Console Cloud. They were amazing! The Console Cloud courses, webinars and knowledge base were very helpful, enjoyable and informative. The interfaces in Console Cloud are user friendly and easy to navigate. Our team love Console Cloud as they can login from anywhere to do their work.”

“We have been longtime users of Gateway and were always impressed by it but Console Cloud is a whole new level. We were promised a substantial improvement in functionality, speed and efficiency but we are overwhelmed by its impact on our business. The training, support and resources have been first class with Michelle offering the most relevant, timely and accurate responses to our queries - she is a jet! And had it not been for Rob's service standards and capacity to explain the features and benefits of the program in outstanding clarity we probably would not have signed up to the program - we would never have known what we missed out on. I highly recommend the Console team as they have set a new level in terms of service and value.”

“We've been using Console Cloud for a couple months and overall have found it fantastic. There are some more developments/upgrades to be made, however these are in progress and looking forward to them being released. The knowledge base & feedback features are very helpful! The merge into Console Cloud was pretty seamless from another software and we were kept updated throughout the way. The communication and service provided by the team is great and Brooke was absolutely fantastic to deal with, always on the ball and very helpful - thanks Brooke!”

“Brooke Moody has gone above and beyond with the migration from Gateway to Cloud. We would not have been able to adjust to this transition without her ongoing help. She has made the process so much easier and has assisted us with our daily issues and has been very patient and helpful along the way. “Hi Natasha I have been using Console Gateway since it commenced in 1992, I found this a very good program for our property management and sales. However there was a lot of information that was required to be entered. However, last year our daughter started using Console Cloud, I just wish it had been available to us, it is so easy to use, you can work from anywhere. Cloud has cut our work load in half. The service is great, you just use the instant chat if you need help. We highly recommend Console Cloud to all property managers, it is simple and user friendly. We still have time left on our support help, that tells you how easier it is to navigate around in Cloud.”
