Console Cloud is a smart system to assist the agent to prepare daily account, maintenance, rent arrear follow-up, routine inspection etc. We used to use console gateway and recently changed to Console cloud. The new feature in console cloud provide us with the ability to receive the maintenance requests from the tenant directly, the ability to automatically follow up the rent arrear by SMS/email to the tenant for rent arrear, the ability to automatically to send an email to tenant about lease renewal etc. The bill/payment option makes the payment a lot easier than before, a aba/bpay file can be generated and save a lot of time by processing payment.
