We've been using Console Cloud for a couple months and overall have found it fantastic. There are some more developments/upgrades to be made, however these are in progress and looking forward to them being released. The knowledge base & feedback features are very helpful! The merge into Console Cloud was pretty seamless from another software and we were kept updated throughout the way. The communication and service provided by the team is great and Brooke was absolutely fantastic to deal with, always on the ball and very helpful - thanks Brooke!
