We have been longtime users of Gateway and were always impressed by it but Console Cloud is a whole new level. We were promised a substantial improvement in functionality, speed and efficiency but we are overwhelmed by its impact on our business. The training, support and resources have been first class with Michelle offering the most relevant, timely and accurate responses to our queries - she is a jet! And had it not been for Rob's service standards and capacity to explain the features and benefits of the program in outstanding clarity we probably would not have signed up to the program - we would never have known what we missed out on. I highly recommend the Console team as they have set a new level in terms of service and value.
