“We have been using Console Gateway for many years and migration with Alex went through without any hiccup. Our situation is a bit different to other agencies because the owner collects the rent and disburse the agent (me). I would be very happy to see a little arrow button to move amounts in Payments/Once Off ... where a bigger amount is paid to one account from more properties so I could move the small amounts with one click (by clicking on an arrow for example) without typing or ctrlC+ctrlV the amount. It is not easy to list the transactions in Tenant's file, because the transactions are not found here. This may be my fault, as it is always blank (despite of the given dates and receipted rents), I will go through the knowledge base again. Special Thanks to Robert at the support team who quickly understood my bad accent and our special set up with the agency fees and also the disbursement and helped me out via phone and email. It is fantastic that I can access the Console Cloud from home as I am currently on maternity leave and Cloud in our office is a huge step forward. I think our small team will be good friend of Cloud. I can recommend it to any property managers.”

“I put off changing as I wasn't sure if we would stick with console or change to a different program. After returning from maternity leave I was pressed for time before gateway was no longer active. Making the change has changed my outlook on console. We are really happy with how easy receipting and disbursing is. We have made suggestions/requests regarding features that would be a benefit to us and they have been taken on board. Brooke has been a god send. With all the lockdowns and limited resources for training Brooke has always been available to help out. We look forward to getting into our training sessions when we are all back in the office. Its been quite an easy program to navigate with minimal training which has been so helpful.”

“Moving from Gateway to Cloud was a great step in the right direction to record, maintain and update files. The owner portal if the biggest asset as owners appreciate that they can see at all times where their tenancy is at. Key items in Cloud allow works to be complete quicker and more efficient. The ability to ask questions straight away to Cloud if concerns or wanting to complete a task,this is ideal as the information is given on hand in a timely manner.”

“We have been longtime users of Console Gateway but have found Console Cloud to be far more streamline and efficient. The workflows have reduced our daily workload dramatically. “We have been using Console Gateway before we started in Console Cloud. Console Cloud is much easier to work with once you get the hang of it. All the information is backed up to the clouds and you can access it from anywhere . The support we received was top notch and I would like to thank Brooke for all her help.”

“I very much appreciate Console striving to adapt and change the system to incorporate suggestions and upgrade procedures to make the users lives easier. “Excellent system that is user friendly and very comprehensive, great maintenance and workflow functions and processes to make things easier and more time efficient. Adjustments to the program to accommodate and tweak any issues seem to be constantly evolving. Only Con Some information is a little hidden and stull struggling with not being able to see what pending payment are entered as I dont have trust access.”
