Having been a user of Console for some time, although i was always comfortable with the Console Product, being gateway. I had been watching Console Cloud develop, and after some time i took the leap of faith, after a lot of research with many other options, i was pleasantly surprised at how easy the transition was . I was very scared as to the unknown, and what i believe to be the most important aspect of Console Cloud, is the support that i can obtain from the other end of the phone is still AMAZING. I don't have to wait until 24 hours before someone is available to help me, and the support team really love what they do, and i feel that they do it with a smile, and they don't rush me at all. Now that is something worth bottling as the team is second to none. I,m based in QLD and Console hours are not typical 9 to 5, as they also service the NZ and interstate clients. At times i have called them outside of my hours and they are still working away, happily to assist with any issues or problem solve the issue at hand, and they can log into your system to see what we see. As we were on Cloud before covid-19 our business was not effected and it was just business as usual. Its ok to have a product, but for me the support is more important, and Console Cloud have nailed it. They are continually updating Cloud to make a property managers work load easier, like inspections, its just easy. You will not be disappointed. Liz Universal Property
