Customers pay premium to be members - For what? Ordering online is the worst experience. Extremely slow it would be cheaper just to purchase items on Amazon, at least you know you will get it the next day. NEVER shopping again online costco. I ordered an item few days ago, and the status is still under 'PROCESSING' stage
