Absolute shambles of a company. Their money back guarantee does not extend to electrical equipment. I purchased a fitbit in January 23, by August 23 it was not charging. They refused to refund the cost of the product as they only give a 90 day warranty on such items.
Their customer service is incredibly poor and cannot be recommended- do not use!
