The beam itself is exactly what we were looking for and arrived swiftly and undamaged. The issue I experienced was with installation. There were no instructions and whilst the fitting that came with it were simple there was no indication of what diameter hole to drill.
The holes have to be perfectly perpendicular to the wall and this is difficult to achieve without a drill guide.
