The beam is absolutely stunning and it was delivered ahead of schedule, communication was a bit of an issue as I hadn't heard anything from cottage other than my initial email, when I managed to speak with someone they assured me that my beam was being finished in the factory as we spoke, the courier delivered it less than an hour later, in short I don't think they knew where it was. I'm really happy with the beam and would use cottage again.
