Product excellent, delivery and service great. I was skeptical about the fixings but once up they really do work. One word of caution, I opened the installation pdf from the site for solid walls but accidentally scrolled past the 14x14 and opened the 14x10 guide which requires an 8mm drill bit rather than the 10mm I actually needed. That caused a few frustrating issues to begin with. Make sure you find the correct guide, unlike me. Also, when measuring the two pre-drilled holes (to prep for drilling wall) I found that they had not been drilled exactly the same distance (drop) so I had to adjust my drill mark measurements. I sorted it all out in the end and the end result is amazing. Quality beam and level without any adjustments!
