The installation is not good. The beam was great but the website said it would come with comprehensive fitting instructions. It was just a box with the beam and fixings - no instructions. I had to search the web for the installation video. I have seen other products such as this - where there is a plate - this is just three spikes - it is very difficult to align these - they are self stated elliptical - so even if you drill the holes accurately it can be impossible to match the three holes - There are so many easier engineering solutions to this - you guys must be mad to scrimp on this easy one.
