5 Star Rating, as to the gentleman who helped me get started. He took the time to instruct me on the coverage, payments, how the company works, making sure I understood everything he spoke about. He allowed me to answer my MANY questions and was able to answer them. The gentlemen took the worrying about getting covered and the unknowing of what is covered. I felt very comfortable to ask questions freely and when I was done I was satisfied with my choice to go with Cover Direct
