Purchased a Resmed AirMIni kit and was very satisfired with the quality, the packaging and the kit parts.
However, the CPAP device had an issue with sudden stoppage of treatment in mid-sleep even when the mask has no sign of leaks. I informed CPAP Online staff Rob Sawyer and he promptly resolved my queries with a replacement set from Resmed. I am very happy with Rob's understanding in addressing my concerns and I did receive the replacement set the next day by Austpost Express Mail. I am very happy with the outcome! Thank you Rob!
