“I love this company. They go above and beyond what is expected. I have had several in-depth discussions with a real person (they don’t use chat-bots) and they have gone out of their way to make sure I’m happy and have everything I need. Nothing is too much trouble for them…and this is really special when they are dealing with a person who has no idea and needs hand-holding every step of the way. Quality service, exceptional equipment and expert advice….they tick all the boxes. I’m especially grateful to Rob Sawyer who has the patience of a saint with old ladies like myself…..thank you Rob.”

“My interactions with Rob Sawyer today were outstanding. His understanding and support with a wrong order placed by myself was second to none. He turned around a replacement in the same day to enable me to go overseas next week. This was not a straightforward task. However he answered every email sent within minutes. His directions in what needed to be done were excellent and he never wavered until I had the outcome I needed. Would recommend any day of the week. Great work here in Australia.”

“Purchased a Resmed AirMIni kit and was very satisfired with the quality, the packaging and the kit parts. However, the CPAP device had an issue with sudden stoppage of treatment in mid-sleep even when the mask has no sign of leaks. I informed CPAP Online staff Rob Sawyer and he promptly resolved my queries with a replacement set from Resmed. I am very happy with Rob's understanding in addressing my concerns and I did receive the replacement set the next day by Austpost Express Mail. I am very happy with the outcome! Thank you Rob!
