“Order through this company a few times now. Always stock what I need and fast delivery .I incorrectly order a Air fit mask. Rob promptly fixed the problem for me. Cannot rate highly enough. Shane”

“I have been very pleased with CPAP Online, both your range of products and in particular your customer service: the products that I had purchased were delivered ahead of the schefuled time and in completing the order I had forgotten to put in the discount as there was a sale on; however, when I asked about this, the discount was applied. “Purchased a Resmed AirMIni kit and was very satisfired with the quality, the packaging and the kit parts. However, the CPAP device had an issue with sudden stoppage of treatment in mid-sleep even when the mask has no sign of leaks. I informed CPAP Online staff Rob Sawyer and he promptly resolved my queries with a replacement set from Resmed. I am very happy with Rob's understanding in addressing my concerns and I did receive the replacement set the next day by Austpost Express Mail. I am very happy with the outcome! Thank you Rob!
