My interactions with Rob Sawyer today were outstanding. His understanding and support with a wrong order placed by myself was second to none.
He turned around a replacement in the same day to enable me to go overseas next week. This was not a straightforward task. However he answered every email sent within minutes. His directions in what needed to be done were excellent and he never wavered until I had the outcome I needed.
Would recommend any day of the week. Great work here in Australia.
