Excellent service start to finish. Brian arranged for me to speak to a member of production to discuss my elderly mums needs. She has severe arthritis throughout her body and can only lie on her back. He recommended a specific mattress that he’d put extra filling around the edges and hand stitch it for for extra support when she sat on it. Brian arranged for the headboard to be shorter to accommodate her room and for collection and disposal of her old bed. Honestly they couldn’t have done more. Mums new bed and mattress arrived as promised and the old one taken away. Mums delighted with it and has had her first decent sleep for ages. She’s no longer waking up thru the night in pain and the severe back pain she was experiencing when first getting out of bed has gone!! This is supposed to be a short review but I can’t recommend them highly enough for service and product quality. Excellent value for money too!
