I purchased this set to replace my usual circulon non stick pan sets which I end up purchasing every 3-4 years, when the coatings fail. I’m hoping that these pans will perform better and not need replacing for a good many years.
On arrival I noted two of the pans had internal surface imperfections, this was immediately resolved (on a Sunday!) with two prefect replacement pans sent the next day and a return label.
Excellent customer service.
