“Terrible customer service, Ordered two pans in april with a delivery date quoted as start of July. Emailed and kept getting told it would be the next month and i was a priority order, Today emailed asking when the expected delivery date was as it is closing in on 6 months since order and the chairman (who appears to be the only person working at this company) just refunded me.
Complete rip off”
“I was fooled by the professional-looking website and positive product reviews. I was not prepared to find myself dealing with what appears to be a one-person company who take your money and don't deliver the products. Ordered 4 pans early July and was assured delivery by late July. Chased and chased and was fobbed-off with every excuse in the book. Finally got 2 pans delivered and now (mid-October) can't get a refund for the two other pans. Have decided to go through small-claims court to recover my lost money although I expect to have to enforce the judgement as I can't imagine I'm the only customer she has ripped off.”
“I've been using my Crane S5 pan off and on for about a year now. The only real issue I have is that the handle could be a bit more comfortable. The edges are a bit hard compared to my other pans. Otherwise, it looks great and cooks great.”
“It is so very very sad that the Foundry exploded and the creator of these wonderful pans died. So I bought another small C5 pan as I use this constantly searing meat on the hob and then finishing it off in the oven. The pans are beautiful to cook with. It is important to let them dry properly after each use and to season them regularly to retain their finish.”
“Like many here, ordered and paid for but nothing other than reactive email when pushed. And now they are telling me they are selling the pans as ‘in stock’ at 15 pc off. they have yet to blame the war in Ukraine but that is coming. It looks dodgy at best, a scam at worst - does anyone actually know of another person (ie not writing a review) who has received anything?”

“Great pans woeful service... Already have two of these pans which I love. Ordered a couple more nearly three months ago and there's still no sign of them. A couple of generic customer service emails since (promising delivery soon) but I'll believe it when I see it.
I wouldn't mind so much if it wasn't for the fact I'm bombarded with ads on Instagram nearly every single day. I've already ordered the damn things, just send them to me!”

It is now three months and still no pans. Two general emails with excuses (presumably to all their customers), but not a personal reply to any of my emails.
The best bit is that I am still being bombarded by their Instagram ads that say: “now back in stock!”
If they’re back in stock, where the hell is my order?”
“The saucepans are fine but they took 3 months to arrive, during which time to add insult to injury I was bombarded with e mails offering them for a new reduced price. When I asked for the difference (£52) to be refunded I was told they would but a month on from delivery I'm still waiting for the rebate. So in summary, customer service diabolical, but saucepans OK”
“I ordered an expensive set of pans that were supposed to be delivered in 3-5 BDs. When they didn't turn up I got in touch with Crane, who responded advising they wouldn't be available for another month. I then requested a refund - they didn't respond to that, but instead circulated a generic email apologising and advising that anyone who had ordered them wouldn't receive them for another month. I still can't get hold of them. Terrible customer service and poor communication. Hoping to get a refund but not overly optimistic. Would strongly suggest avoiding purchasing anything directly from Crane.”
